You will assist in smooth running of the Training Department working closely with Departmental Trainers as well as the Operations Teams to drive important and meaningful interventions & programs that measurably enhance service standards and productivity.

Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Instructional Design
- Atleast one year of experience in a similar role in a large 5 star hotel of excellent reputation
- Previous exposure to working in a large multi-national and culturally diverse organisation would be a distinct advantage
